Applied Life Skills Program

Youth ages 14 – 18


Children’s Continuum of Care is pleased to announce the launch of a new program.  The Applied Life Skills Group will be offered to all youth currently receiving services within the New Jersey Children’s System of Care managed by Perform Care.

The program is open to male and female adolescents between the ages of 14 to 18, and has been created to focus on life coaching, interactive/independent life skills, and career objectives.

The Applied Life Skills Group will offer youth knowledge and skills pertaining to the following objectives:

· Career Skills

· Interactive Life Skills

· Life Coaching

Fire Setting Evaluations:  Prompt comprehensive Fire Evaluations

provided throughout New Jersey.



Trauma Focused Evidence Based Practice:  Addresses the unique needs of children with PTSD symptoms, depression, behavior problems , and other difficulties related to traumatic life experiences.

DYFS Statewide Contract for Therapeutic Services:  Licensed Clinical staff providing family focused therapeutic services.
